In the 1980s the #USArmy Soldier's Creed was changed ... and it was changed to allow for #warcrimes. Killing unarmed #POWs used to be an immediately punishable offense with attempts to prevent, and reporting REQUIRED. No more. #USMilitary #Genocide

After vietnam the pentagram decided the field jackets, boots, tents, etc, would be destroyed to 'prevent diseases from hopping the ocean', instead of auctioned off to resellers and the public. As if they had no decontam processess. It keeps the bangladesh sweatshops in biz and the contractors who manufacture the ancillary materials for an imperial army richer.

@heretical_i that’s interesting, actually. I built a website for an anti-sweatshop org nearly (wow) 15 years ago and their entire focus at that time was ending sweatshop contracts held by state & local government… let alone federal/military
@clawfulneutral I remember a bunch of years ago some maine clothing contractor got busted for using coyote-imported 'illegals' and lost the contract. The company was sold and contract restored if I remember correctly.
